The project involved the full renovation of the main entrance of City Premiere Hotel Apartments,
a 43-storey serviced building on Sheikh Zayed Road.
The scope of our work included the complete refurbishment and modernization of the main lobby,
integrating premium flooring, upgraded wall finishes, custom ceilings and new fire safety systems.
The entrance transformation featured advanced architectural lighting systems alongside bespoke
reception counters and tailored furniture to present a modern, refined aesthetic.
Additionally, all guest units were renovated through interior touch-ups and detailed repainting throughout,
paired with custom-curated furnishings, including sofas, beds, tables, wardrobes, and drapery.
The project was executed in strategic phases to keep the hotel fully operational throughout the renovation
and ensure a smooth transition.
